How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so unfortunately order modifications are not feasible once the order has been placed.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and store credit via Modern Chic by Shania Paloma E-Gift Cards. Please note: E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases only and are not valid for online use.

Oops, I was excited to place my order and I forgot to use my code.

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing can take anywhere between 3-4 business days and shipping will take between 7-10 Business Days. Holidays may cause delays.
